Every year, we come together to have a little fun with our Phamily but more importantly, to give recognition to those who do the best job at living up to our company's core values.
Things like hard work, always learning, going the extra mile... these are the type of traits that have gotten us to where we are today.
They are the reason our Summer Smash tickets sell out in less than 3 minutes every year.
They are the reason people feel pride when they say the words "I am 1st Phorm."
This past weekend, our Awards Banquet was a special one. It was our 10 year Anniversary as a company.
10 years we have been at this... and we would have never made it even a year without the people who believed, supported, and bled for us in the beginning.
Whether you bought from us back then, worked at HQ, or just followed along with our journey... we greatly appreciate the support.
This year, we did something special to honor those that have been with the company for 5 years or more. Each one of them received some custom handmade cowboy boots because as Andy said, "Even though we look real good in these tuxes, we look even better in boots."
Next up we had the actual awards... for 2018 Athlete of the Year, no one earned it more than Laura Novotny.
