It’s #MarathonMarch and with this challenging INDOOR RUNNING Tabata workout, we’re working on leg speed, lung capacity and abdominal strength. This is a fast and fun way to burn fat, boost metabolism, and build power in your legs and heart and lungs. Sprint training portions of the workout follow a strict Tabata protocol of eight rounds in a row of 20-second work intervals paired with just ten seconds of rest. Between sprints, we’re down on the floor working those abs with tough, high volume abdominal and oblique work.

WARM UP (timer is set for Tabata intervals of 20 seconds and 10 seconds, but there is no rest):
Walk or Jog for each 20-second interval, and perform each of the following exercises for the 10-second intervals
